UX RESEARCHER
Hello
As a UX researcher of two years I have done usability testing, user experience design, and cross-functional collaboration. I have also worked on diverse projects aimed at enhancing user experiences, improving accessibility, and driving impactful business outcomes.

From conducting one-on-one usability sessions to analyzing hundreds of user interactions, my work has consistently focused on understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with teams to optimize tools and systems, streamline information architecture, and design user-centric solutions.
My experience spans various methods, including card sorting, observational studies, and prototype testing, enabling me to address complex challenges with a combination of research rigor and creative problem-solving. Additionally I was able to support my team by creating a Figma training guide as well as several email templates for ease of communication.
